– Requests for cancellation must be made within 48 hours of placing the order for pre-order items or products with extended delivery periods.
- Order cancellation procedure:

– The order number, client information, and the cause for cancellation must all be included in the cancellation request.

- Cancellation Eligibility:
– Cancellations are contingent upon the availability of the product and the order’s delivery status. Cancellation might not be available if the product has been shipped or is being shipped.
– Once the production process has started, orders for personalized or customized products cannot be cancelled.
- Refund Policy:
Twinborder Overseas Pvt. Ltd. will start the refund procedure if the cancellation request is granted.
– In order to handle refunds, the same payment method as the initial transaction will be used.
– The whole order value less any necessary cancellation fees or charges will be deducted from the refund.
– Please be aware that depending on the payment method and the processing time of your bank, the refund will appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days.
- Cancellation Fees:
In some circumstances, Twinborder Overseas Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to impose a cancellation fee.
– Based on the purchase value, product category, and order stage at the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be assessed.
– Before completing the cancellation, the customer will be informed of any applicable cancellation fees.
- Exceptions:
Customers are urged to contact our customer support team for assistance in the event of any discrepancies or problems with the delivered product rather than cancelling the transaction.
