Shipping Policy
Twinborder Overseas Pvt. Ltd (Nature Stroke) typically ships a product within 2-3 business days of the order date. However, we make a point of shipping every item within the allotted 2-3 business days. However, if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays Ordering may take into account the possibility of a transport delay, but we are not liable if one occurs because our courier partners are solely to blame. Shipments may be delayed for several reasons, including the weather, a delayed courier collection, etc., and this is completely out of our control. We partner with courier services like Aramex, Delhivery Courier, and many more. We also use the Indian postal service for remote areas. The shipping quotes on the internet come from less expensive courier services. No change in courier agency can be done once the shipping is done. We are not responsible for NON-Servicing of courier agencies in specific towns/places.

Domestic Shipping Charges
GST and packaging fees are included in all items. Customers will be informed of the shipping cost before making any payments when it applies and will be displayed at the time of checkout.
International shipping Policy
Shipping costs for international orders are based on the weight and destination of your order. To find your options for shipping methods, simply place items in your cart and enter your shipping address and it will be calculated for you. You’ll be given all shipping options available, along with exact costs during the checkout process. For delays brought on by incomplete address listings, Twinborder Overseas Pvt. Ltd (Nature Stroke) disclaims all responsibility. Customers will be liable for the re-shipping fees as well as any fines or penalties associated with the re-shipment of the same order.
All products are double packed in waterproof boxes to ensure their safe delivery.
Within 5 business working days of the shipment’s dispatch, the best transport/courier partners deliver all orders to customers.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.

In Case Of Delay
The times listed next to each item on our website are merely estimates, and delays occasionally happen for reasons outside of our control. Due to this, no requests for a refund, return, replacement, or exchange will be accepted. We will send you an email if for any reason, there will be a delay in shipment due to an item being out of stock or if there is an exceptional delay in filling an order. However, all shipping times are simply estimates, and we are not responsible for any delays in fulfilling your purchase in whole or in part. If a product arrives broken or damaged please send us a photo along with your order number to info@naturestroke.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.
